In this phase we :
- Gather all the client business information included but not limited to: products and services, existing online presence (websites, social media), competition, market segment.
- Audit the existing website and advertising campaigns ( Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager – if applicable) and perform a thorough digital market analysis of the competition. We ask a lot of questions and document each answer in a Customer Analysis and Strategy Document.
This is done via email, phone calls and in person meetings when applicable.
Based on the information gathered in the audit phase and the client’s requests, we generate and propose a customized digital marketing strategy that includes one or more, but is not limited to the following services:
